We had a pleasant evening in the anchorage by the Coast Guard Station as most boats honored the no wake zone. We decided to move into Utsch's Marina so we could see the town. We ended up snagging a ghost crab trap on the starboard prop in the anchorage so we hired a diver to remove about a dozen feet of line. We then headed towards West Cape May and walked the Atlantic Beach as well as stopping at the CVS and Liquor Store. We decided we had to try the Lobster House even though there was a crowd there for Father's Day. We ate on the deck of the Schooner Bar and had delicious spicy steamed shrimp and fried calamari. We came back to the boat and finished it with with potato nachos and wine on the fly bridge. The four looper boats leaving on the outside tomorrow had a planning session on the pavilion in front of us so we introduced ourselves and said we were going on the inside and would see them "down the road".

On Monday morning, we walked toward the beach to Uncle Bill's Pancake House which was the closest restaurant open for breakfast at 6:30 am. We then came back by the marina and headed over the canal bridge to West Marine and another marine store. Next to the large marina shower house is their RV park mostly empty. We plan to wait for a rising tide to head up the intracoastal. One boat that left this morning was towed back into the slip beside us. Boating is always an adventure!
