Shell Island to Pearl Bayou, Panama City, Florida

We woke up to thunderstorms and rain and the wind clocking around as predicted. Waiting for the weather to clear up, we cooked my favorite hash browns and sundried tomato omelet. The thunderstorms moved past us so we decided to head around to Pearl Bayou where we anchored during the hurricane. It stayed gray day all day but we decided to head into the dock and dump our trash and explore under the bridge. There was a nice floating dock near the boat ramp across from where the three crash boats are docked. The marina was abandoned after storm damage and as we cruised under the bridge to the other park, we could see the storm damage. The boat ramp dock has been rebuilt. We poked around the anchorage with a glass of wine chasing the ducks. We have a soy-ginger honey marinade we are trying on some swordfish to grill for dinner tonight. The rain seems to have passed for now.
