Turner Creek off Sassafras River to Still Pond, Maryland

It was nice after our almost 7-mile hike, to cruise back into the bay and over to Still Pond again. We anchored way out to catch the breeze and then moved further inside to get out of the boat wakes.

We spent a quiet evening and got up early to jump in the dinghy and explore the creeks with a cup of coffee. There are channel markers going up into Still Pond Creek where there is a coast guard station. There were two sailboats back in Codjus Cove. At the other end of Still Pond anchorage, there were two sailboats and a power boat we passed as we went up Churn Creek to its beginning.
