We got up early and walked up to use the showers in the bath house and return our key fob for use of the marina facilities, filled up our tank with water and then headed back out to the St. Lawrence Seaway where we had several knots of current going with us so we made great headway out of the industrial section of Montreal. We left the Seaway and turned into the Richelieu River and finally passed all the industry and turned into homes along the shore. This section was scenic but narrow with no places to anchor so we stopped at Parc Bellerive which is a marina, restaurant and RV Park. We got diesel and a pump out at the fuel dock before docking on an inside face dock. We had a late lunch at the restaurant of red ale beer and steak poutine in the cool indoors. No one was eating on the patio in this heat. We got back to the boat to chill in the air conditioning. We plan to get an early start to make the opening of the first lock on the Chambly Canal.
